Bimba Return & Exchange Policy
At Bimba Studio, we want you to love every piece you add to your closet. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact.
- Return or exchange is allowed only once per order. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns.
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Important: A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 applies to each return or exchange request and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Store Credit & Exchange
- We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the product value.
- Store credit is valid for 25 days from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
- Store credit or exchange confirmation will only be issued after we receive and quality-check the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items and custom orders are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased using store credit cannot be returned or exchanged further.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
- Once shipped, cancellation will incur a deduction of ₹150 from the store credit issued.
International Orders
- Customers must self-ship returns and bear all shipping and customs costs.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Store credit (for wrong or damaged product only) will be issued after quality check.
- Alternatively, items can be returned via someone travelling to India.
Wrong or Damaged Product?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it at no extra cost — replacement delivery within 5–6 business days.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at bimbastudio.in@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- After our team inspects the item, you will receive your store credit code or exchange confirmation within 2–3 business days.
Final decision in all return and exchange cases rests with Bimba Studio.
