Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact.
• Return/Exchange is allowed only once per order. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns.
• Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 applies to each return or exchange request and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Store Credit & Exchange

• We do NOT issue refunds. Instead, you'll receive a store credit equal to the product value.
• Store credit is valid for 25 days from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
• Store credit or exchange will only be issued after we receive and quality-check the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/discounted items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation will incur a deduction of ₹150 from the refund/store credit.
  

International Orders

• Customers must self-ship returns and bear shipping/customs costs.
• Exchanges are not available for international orders.
• Store credit or refund (for wrong/damaged product) will be issued after QC.
• Alternatively, items can be returned via someone traveling to India.

Wrong or Damaged Product?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it at no extra cost. We will deliver replacement product within 5-6 days

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at bimbastudio.in@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
2. Once approved, ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. After our team inspects the item, you'll receive your store credit code or exchange confirmation.

Final decision in all return/exchange cases rests with BIMBA STUDIO.
