Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above ₹1,299.
- Orders below ₹1,299 attract a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods
- We accept online payments only — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Order Dispatch
- All orders are dispatched on the next business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Information

Tampered or Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Bimba will not be responsible for tampering or damage once an order has been accepted by the customer.
